At the Fight Club, we offer a Ladies physical fitness program which is an excellent way to burn fat properly and efficiently. In the ladies only program the classes which are regularly provided to try include boxing classes, cardio kick boxing, ultimate fitness conditioning and squat squad class. There are also partner work outs with other members punching and kicking pads with one another. It is a fantastic way to learn how to defend yourself, while getting a fantastic workout all at once. The fast level of the class keeps your heart pumping and you’ll burning calories at a much quicker speed than running on the treadmill. Our boxing class works on punching and kicking the heavy bag rather than using no bag as they do in Muay Thai. The conditioning class is created in high magnitude circuit work outs using exercise equipment such as bar bells, free weights, sleds, agility ladders etc. The class keeps you in continuous movement and helps boost your stamina.

Unlike the other three classes offered in the girls workout program, the squat squad class focuses on an intensive lower body work out. The squat squad class targets an intensive, lower body work out. Squat squad is predominately a weight lifting session for ladies and we target your legs and tone your butt. The squat squad class provides an excellent work out even though it is at a more slowly pace compared with the other sessions available in the ladies only wellness and fitness program. At WFC there is also co-ed MMA program classes available where you can really concentrate on learning self defense in our Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes.
